Bankruptcy and Composition of Creditors

Our firm specializes in representing debtors who are unable or cannot conduct the execution office procedures and are willing to extinguish their debts.

In these cases, our office offers our clients two options:

One. A composition of creditors proposal according to section 19A of the bankruptcy act, in which the client proposes to pay an amount that is relatively low considering his total debts. This procedure conducts at the district court, subject to approval from the majority of the creditors and after executing the proposal the debtor is dismissed from all his debts.

The other, bankruptcy procedure, with all that it entails

Our firm stands by our clients' choice from start to finish, including advice in the issues that rise due to the procedure.
